Harnessing the Promise of Nature

We believe the most precious gift from nature is the coconut tree and its by-products like coir pith and husk chips provide immense possibilities to regenerate soil. Our focus is on the renewable, restorative and natural properties of coco products. Below, you will find the steps we take to craft nature’s raw materials into our exceptional products.

RAW MATERIAL

We begin our process with the careful selection of coconut husks, our primary natural resource, sourced directly from local coconut farms and registered suppliers. Before processing begins, our team conducts thorough quality checks to ensure that only the finest raw materials are utilized.

FIBER AND PITH EXTRACTION

The coconut husks are introduced into our specialized machinery, where they undergo a meticulous breakdown process. This process efficiently extracts the fibres while collecting the pith. Once separated, the fibres are further refined, while the pith undergoes screening to remove any remaining fibres. The resulting fresh coconut pith is then conveyed for further processing.

SCREENING AND QUALITY CONTROL

The extracted pith undergoes screening to eliminate any impurities, ensuring that only the highest quality material proceeds to the next stage. Our experienced staff meticulously examine the screened pith to guarantee its purity and quality before advancing to subsequent processing steps.

WASHING

To ensure the purity and suitability of our coir pith for agricultural use, we employ advanced washing bunkers to reduce salt content. Our comprehensive washing process spans multiple days, meticulously regulating electrical conductivity (EC) and pH levels to meet precise standards.

DRYING

Following washing, the pith is transferred to dedicated cement drying yards for natural sun drying. This eco-friendly drying method preserves the integrity of the material while preparing it for the subsequent processing stages.

COMPRESSION

Once the pith is dried, it is taken from the drying yards and fed into the screener, destoner and then the compressing machines. In order to achieve highest efficiency for our growers, the dried materials are compressed into 650Gram Bricks, 5kgs blocks or as customizable grow slabs.

STRINGENT QUALITY CHECKS

The compressed blocks undergo rigorous quality control assessments to ensure they meet our exacting standards. Our dedicated quality control team meticulously inspects every batch, to ensure the products are free from impurities such as weeds, stones, sand, and pathogens.

PACKAGING

Upon passing quality checks, the compressed blocks are meticulously packed and arranged on treated wooden pallets. We utilize 40-foot high-cube containers for safe transportation, ensuring our products remain secure during shipping.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

The fully packaged containers are dispatched directly from our facilities, embarking on a journey by road and sea to reach our valued growers worldwide. This streamlined shipping process ensures prompt and reliable delivery, enabling growers to access our premium coir products with ease.
